Servicing Fees

There are no ongoing fees with a Home Value Investment from Noah, but during the term of your agreement, you may incur service fees when you request specific actions from us, or actions related to your home are required. See our most commonly requested fees below:

Covers the cost of preparing documents to release Noah's claim on the property.

Buyout Statement
Covers the cost of preparing a buyout statement when you're ready to exit your contract. Your first statement each calendar year is complimentary; subsequent statements will require a processing fee.

Subordination Fee
Covers the cost of a request to acknowledge in writing that Noah's position is junior to the interest of another lender on the property. For example, if you decide to refinance your mortgage before exiting your agreement.

Changes to Title
Covers the costs incurred when changes are made to the property title, including amendedments made to homeowner agreements and notary fees.

Full Appraisal
Covers the cost of an appraisal to determine the updated market value of the property when you're ready to exit your Noah agreement. Certain sales transactions may also require an appraisal to determine the fair market value of the home.
