The Role:

Noah is looking for a Closer and Funder to join our Home Advisory team. This role will be working as a key intermediary between all parties in a transaction, including homeowners and our internal sales team members and underwriters, and the title company and funding team. 

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting the Noah financing documents once a Home Advisor has completed underwriting
  • Coordinating with the Title & Escrow company to collect all documents needed to finalize the Noah financing documents
  • Communicating with the Title & Escrow company to set up a closing schedule, and then communicate the schedule to homeowners and the Patch funding team to prepare them for closing 
  • Ensuring Documents are countersigned and appropriately documented in the Noah system
  • Proactively tracking and actively resolving potential issues at the time of closing that could prohibit funding
  • Ensuring all required documents are in the application file prior to funding
  • Coordinating with the Title & Escrow company for financing document delivery
  • Post-signing, verifying the documents received to prepare for the wire request
  • Preparing wire requests for the Noah funding team and escrow accounts
  • Post-funding, coordinating file completion, storage, and compliance
  • Creating and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth financing transactions
  • Providing feedback to internal teams on the sales process and customer journey funnel



  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, closing, and funding
  • Prior knowledge and experience with real estate title and escrow transactions
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of transactions at different funding stages
  • Proven record of executing on performance indicators 
  • Strong phone presence, and excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work hard and get your hands dirty with detail-oriented tasks
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, and prior experience with CRM tools 
  • Experience working at an early stage startup a plus
  • A collaborative mindset, and eagerness to partner with product, business development, and marketing teams
