Eligibility requirements
Location
Your client's home must be located in a neighborhood where we're available within CA, CO, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OR, UT, VA, and WA.
Property
Your client must own at least 25% of the equity in their home, and the property value must be within our investable range, generally $300,000 to $3,500,000.
Homeowner
Your client must have a minimum credit score of 600, with a post-financing debt-to-income ratio of 60% or less.
